Although fanfiction has been around for many years, with the introduction of the internet it has become widespread and less of a marginalized entity. Fandoms, or collective groups of fans centered around a single work, collaborate on fanfictions and create a central identity. Fanfiction can be written about any media, including television shows, movies, books, even graphic novels. This anthology focuses on the A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones fandoms, and examines how fans react to the original plot lines. The purpose of this anthology is to put together a collection of works that are part of a genre that is largely unexplored. By having examples in one central location, it is now possible to analyze these works and create a larger understanding of why authors write these types of works. It is also possible to develop the genre conventions of this particular genre.

The following is a non-profit fan-based mini-series written for fun and not in any way intended for profit. Support the official release by buying and reading the A Song of Ice and Fire book series and buying and watching the Game of Thrones official seasons. Personally, I say stick to Seasons 1 through 4 cause it goes downhill after Season 5. Their moods were as cold and quiet as the weather outside of their tent.
